Refund Policy:

 

This year’s Maker Faire will take place in the Coney Island Amphitheater on October 19th starting at 11 AM and ending at 5 PM.

With This year’s faire rescheduled, we are honoring all tickets sold at the door on October 19th.

We understand that some of you will require refunds. Refunds are available through the Universe Ticketing System where tickets were purchased.

We will refund any tickets upon request. To request a refund:

Log-in to your Universe account, go to your Tickets Page and locate the order you would like to request a refund for.

Click the ‘More’ drop-down menu beside the ‘View Order’ button and select ‘Request Refund.’
