What inspired you to make this project?
Love of pop art, cartoons, and making children smile.

What are some of the challenges you have encountered and how did you address them?
Fluffy NYC very rarely faces challenges because providing edible art to children is never a challenge. The only small difficulty that we encounter is when children learn that the Fluffy character we make for them is ephemeral and temporary. Fluffy Edible Art is made fresh for each individual customer and best enjoyed and savored in the moment.
